Summary:

We have a course with multiple offerings, and whenever our learners withdraw from one offering to register for another (switch their seats), they can't see the Find Offering button.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Our learners get stuck in navigation (Redwood) and can't re-enroll to another offering after withdrawing. Does anyone have any suggestions? We checked the knowledge base and learned the Learning Assignment post-processing needs to be scheduled, but the process does not exist in our environment.
