Use Account Alias in SLA Rule Condition

I am looking for a way to use the "Account Alias" source in the Conditions of an SLA Rule.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I have tried using the Source, Operator, and Insert Value buttons to build the condition, which resulted in this text:

 "Account Alias" = Damaged Discarded (ALP) - Damaged Discarded

However, this results in the validation error: The validation failed for one or more errors {0}. (XLA-870336)


I've also tried putting quotes around the value, as so:

  "Account Alias" = "Damaged Discarded (ALP) - Damaged Discarded"

The resulting error is: The sources Damaged Discarded (ALP) - Damaged Discarded used in the condition aren't valid. (XLA-870668) You must select a different source.
