HDL file for Contacts

Hello,

We are trying to load a HDL for  Family and Emergency Contacts, please find below the sample HDL file -

When we load this file a child contact has been added in the contacts page and also it is changing the person's name as well whom we are adding the contact.

Please need suggestion what should be given in the place of Effective Start Date, person number & Related Person

Number fields.
