Is there any process to extend the due date of a learning item for the people who are on leave

Summary:

When creating a learning assignment for a group of people for example: for the employees from a particular department X, all the employees from that department will get assigned to the learning item. And, the people who are on leave also will get assigned to that training. If it's a required assignment, the due date is a mandatory field. So, employees who are on leave also get the same due date. And, if the due date falls within the time period when they are on leave, Learning Admins have to manually extend the due date for those employees. Is there
