I implemented Redwood 23B New Features for Oracle Time and Labor, but the Line Manager is not able to approve the employee timecard.

Error is displayed when the line manager approves the timecard- 'The timecard ID doesn't exist or you don't have the necessary security privilege, so the timecard wasn't processed. (HXT-1665160)'
