HCM extract pulling changes several days after change was made

Hi, we have a series of HCM extracts that pull various data pieces in order to be fed to a 3rd party payroll vendor.. one of these extracts pulls an employee if there was a change to their assignment status. (E.g. someone going on leave of absence, or coming back from leave).

We've noticed an abundance of people who have changes made to their assignment record that are not appearing on the generated file for several days after the change was made. (E.g., someone was put on a leave of absence assignment status on 10/18/2023 effective dated for 10/19/2023 and they don't appear on the changes only file until 10/29/2023.)
