Act as Proxy Manager for Line Manager Dashboard

Summary:

As an HR user with view all, I am unable to proxy the line manager view what they can see in their own dashboard. 

In Workforce Compensation, there is Act as Proxy Manager to view as the line manager. Can the same capability be made available for viewing their My Team OTBI Line Manager Dashboard?
