What is the reason RMCS Contract displays "Allocation Status- Not Required"

Sales order created with a hardware item for immediate delivery and fulfillment. The order has been fulfilled.

A Project Billing Contract was also created for the same item, and a billing event was generated, and billing was interfaced to AR.

Ran all three Revenue management cloud processes for extracting revenue, validating contracts, and identifying Customer contracts.

Satisfaction events were generated and visible against performance obligations.

But no revenue recognition is happening in RMCS .

The Contract allocation status shows "Allocation Status- Not Required."

Can you please guide us on why the revenue recognition is failing and what steps should be followed to generate and account for revenue recognition in the Oracle RMCS ?
