Oracle fusion INV_MATERIAL_TXNS table's ACCT_PERIOD_ID column not populated

We are designing a DataWarehouse for fusion SCM and we notice that ACCT_PERIOD_ID column from INV_MATERIAL_TXNS table is not populated

Due to migration from EBS to Fusion ERP the DataWarehouse having deprecated application as source must be redesign and rebuild. We noticed that from EBS to Fusion the SCM database logic has changed due to new fusion functionalities. But now, we have dificulties to identify how to get the needed data from fusion database. More exactly for INV_MATERIAL_TXNS table, column ACCT_PERIOD_ID is null. Id this column used anymore or it is obsolete? And if yes, how we link the INV_MATERIAL_TXNS table to CST_PERIOD_STATUSES table?
