Redwood My team - send reminder to work email or Personal email?
Summary:
Hello everyone,
I’m trying to get the “Send Reminders” function working in the Redwood MSS UI. The option to send an email reminder always send to work email? And if there is no work email, does it send to personal email? What if there is no email at all, what happens when you click on the send notification icon?
Can someone please guide me on the above?
