Manager is wrong in approval

System is forwaring approval request to the previous manager

Hi,

We have a senario where we have changed manager in last month(Oct-2023). However, when user initiate any request it goes to old Line manager instead of New one. Although through Organization Dirctory is showing the lastes one.

Can you please gudie how can we test the approval before initiate the request in system like we can check eligilibty , is there any way to check this.
