Bare minimum roles required to view infotile dashboards for Procurement?

what are the bare minimum roles required for the user to access an infotile dashboard in "Procurement Area" (Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders)

I created a intofile dashboard with an OTBI report linked to it. The report displays PRs that are in Pending Approval, Rejected status. I assigned below roles and it works in dev and test. However, business does not want to give Procurement Manager role to several users.

Are the below roles mandatory for above use case.

1. Procurement Manager (+ data access to BU)

2. Procurement Preparer (+ data access to BU)

3. Procurement Requester (+ data access to BU)

4. BI User role
