Absence - Fast formula Global Absence Type Duration- Half Day Absence

Summary:

The formular is not calculating duration correctly when I picked Half day either in the start date of end date. I used Calendar Days UOM.

The fast formular exclude weekend and Holiday. But doesn't considered changing the during from Half Day/Full Day. I need assistant how to include those scenarios in the absence duration calculation.
