Question - Auto Order Setup for Non Stockroom Items

Summary: Is there a way for orders that are setup to flow automatically to the vendor be setup on a scheduler? For instance, instead of having 5 different orders go to the same vendor through out the day, have them all go in one say around 1 pm each day? Currently we have our stocked items running via the Min Max Process, then automatically going to the vendor in one PO at the same time each day. This works great.

Would like to understand if our NON STOCK orders can be scheduled the same way, if possible
