How can we attach screening questions for an approval before approving external learning?

Hi all,

Client has requested that there should be a feature to attach some screening questions in an approval where they would like to verify the details of record external learning through the line manager/training manager. Do we have any way to enable this? Can "Request information" be used through actions in approval in such case?
