At the end of the Skill Mapping process, our client would like to have a list of suggested courses to fill the gaps that emerged from the process. In our skills mapping process we look at technical skills. Is it possible to connect technical skills to the learning module courses in order to automatically have the suggested list for the employee at the end of the process?
