How to trigger an alert to notify De-Activated user accounts
Summary:
We have a requirement to lock the user accounts in a bulk as there is a major transition happening on some LEs. Therefore, once the accounts are locked we need to send them an email alert notifying that the account is locked.

In order to test the scenario, I've created a user category on Security Console and enabled notifications for some templates. But not sure that to which template need to be used.
