Approval Chain Of option in Management Hierarchy

Hi,

I have a query which I am unable to find on Oracle document. When I select Management Hierarchy in Approval Rule and configure it by using Approval Chain of Option as Worker, further I see two options in Assignment Type which are Use primary assignment hierarchy and Use current assignment hierarchy.

I want to understand what is the difference between these two options in Assignment Type.
