View only Item role not showing GTIN and Categories tab

Summary:

I have created a role for Item view only and given the view-only privileges, by following the below document by Oracle.

The user with this role, have access to all the data that too view only as expected. But in GTIN Tab no values are showing. Can I know the reason why?

And also the Categories Tab is also not visible. Can someone help me here? How to enable the categories tab in view only and also the GTIN information?
