Assessment Result - Result LOV can be changed or Modified

Summary:

Hello everyone,

Currently, under assessment, When we add result, 4 options are available.

Failed, No opinion, Pass and Pass with exception.

Do we have option to remove the No opinion values out of 4 or can we change it to something else?

This seems to be non negotiable requirement from client.
