PGP Encryption for RunReport SOAP Web Service

Summary:

Is there a way to encrypt the Report output when the report is extracted using the following SOAP API:

Service WSDL URL: https://servername/xmlpserver/services/ExternalReportWSSService?WSDL Operation: runReport

I know that we can use PGP encryption when delivering file on a FTP or a Content Server, but is there a way to get the encrypted output while extracting the report using the above mentioned SOAP API?
