Is there a way to report on Corrective Actions in Quality Management Cloud
Need to report on the item, revision, status of corrective action and possibly supplier (Added supplier by extending the Corrective Action change order type in Manage Change Order Types setup)

We have extended Corrective Actions and added supplier to corrective actions change order type. The workflow is assigned to the supplier that performs the corrective action. There is requirement where the customer wants to report on the item (affected objects), revision of the item (affected objects), Supplier (Change Order Header) and Status of the Change Order (Change Order Header).
Not able to locate a OTBI subject area for corrective action. Also tried looking for the tables in Tables and Views for SCM documentation but could not find any related tables for corrective action.
