Restrict Edit icon on Maintain manager section when position synchronization is enabled

Summary:

Hi,

We have enabled the position synchronization and managers are getting added on employee record from parent position position added on each position.

But on each transaction pages, EDIT icon is still visible in Maintain Managers section which should not be the case like Change Assignment, Add Assignment, Hire etc.

Edit button should not be enabled as managers are getting synched from position.
