Is there a report that displays supplier registration requests, their status, and rejection reasons?

Summary: In Manage Supplier Registration Requests, you can view which requests have been rejected, accepted, or are in pending. However this area does not display when a request is rejected, what the rejection reason was. You can look this up in the BPM worklist and view the FYI notification (e.g. Supplier Registration Request xxxxxxx for xxxxxx was Rejected). However since BPM does not store long term data, we were searching if there is a report that pulls this information for historical purposes?
