Oracle Fusion Project Templates can be shared across Multiple Business Units?

Please confirm if we can create one single PPM Project Template and use it/ Make it available across multiple business units. Is it is mandatory to have the Project Templates to be setup under every single business Unit or we can have a global templates in place which can be used across multiple business units.
