Skip scheduling step in Orchestration based on item's ATP flag

Summary:

Can we skip Schedule step in Orchestration for items where Check ATP is set to None while items with Check ATP as Material Only do get scheduled using the sourcing rule and atp rule assigned.

Looking to see if we have the Check ATP flag available for line selection criterium and will this work later on in process if going to reserve and ship (as that seems to need a scheduled date).

Or is it possible to set the scheduled date manually for an item (or use extension to set it) and then pass scheduling step as the item is not enabled for atp checking?
