Custom Fusion RTV to WMS integration

Summary:

Hi

We want to build custom RTV fusion to wms integration in OIC. Process flow like below

1. we will Create Return to vendor process in Fusion
2. Once RTV Process is done in Fusion , Automatically custom integration should kick off
3. Custom integration should reduce IB shipment quantity , On hand quantity etc in WMS side.

Need help for designing and How to proceed on this.
