Gender obligatory on Contact information

How can we use customization to make "Gender" a required field on contacts and manage person

Hi,

we would like to make Gender a required field in Fusion HCM. Doing so on the 'new hire'/'identification' screen is fairly straightforward. Can the same be done in Manage Person, where legislative information is hidden in a popup? As soon as I open the popup I cannot switch back to 'Source' in customization. Similarly, in the Contacts tab when the 'Create contact' popup appears, we'd like to force gender to be obligatory. However, as soon as I go to Customize Person management Pages, the screen I'm interested in disappears
