Approval notifications is blank

Hi everyone,
We are having an issue with displaying approval notifications for various flows.
In particular, until last Friday we correctly displayed the notification template both opened via icon bell and via email.
A release update was carried out over the weekend and this morning, reiterating the various cases, the notification appears to be practically empty.
The notification and approval are taken and sent successfully but the notification content is empty.
How to solve this problem which until next week worked correctly.
