How to default facility value in webreports

Summary:

We have a scenario the client have around 40+ facilities. we have a web report created for QC Locked LPN report. where it gives the result of all LPNs with lock code QC along with few other columns associated with LPN info. In this report we have set the facility filter value to prompt during run and user has to enter it.

However users are asking whether this can be defaulted based upon the login facility that is, if a user is logged in to facility A and runs that report he should get results only belonging to the facility A though he has access to many other facilities.
