System not allowing to delete future dated salary record after worker termination.

Steps to reproduce.

1 - Go to Change Assignment

2 - Enter Future Dated - Data Change (Eff 1-JAN-2024)

3 - Enter new Salary from the same change assignment page

4 - Terminate this employee Effective 1-DEC-2023

5 - It will delete Data Change transaction effective 1-JAN-2024 in assigment / employment info.

6 - Review this employees Salary effective 1-JAN-2024

7 - Try to delete Compesation Row effective 1-JAN-2024

8 - System will not let you delete that Jan 1st Salary row

The delete of future salary post termination happens only in classic UI and does not happen in responsive UI
