If Delete permission is removed from Salesforce user profiles, User is unable to create a quote

Summary:

We have removed delete permissions from User profiles in Salesforce, but users are not able to create quotes. CPQ is showing error "User doesnt not have correct permissions for Object Oracle Quote Line Items". Is delete permission necessary in Salesforce profile for oracle objects.
