WMS not printing on Windows Print Server

Summary: We are trying to use windows print server with Oracle WMS. Traffic is making it to the public IP address, and being forwarded to the internal print server on port 9100. I can see the traffic is making it to the internal server, however printers are not still not printing.

So far what we have configured in WMS is the public IP, printer name, queue name, port 9100 and SOCKET protocol.

Oracle WMS IP is whitelisted on the network. Firewall rules are configured to accept the traffic and forward it to the internal windows print server.
