REST connectors across multiple environments

Summary:

I'm using a REST API in my process automation. In dev environment, I'm calling the dev version of that REST API and in test and prod URL for that REST API will be different. if it is in VBCS I can use application profiles to manage this. what is the best practice to manage this in process automation without having different versions of this process hardcoded for each environment.
