The issue is ROE generation for employee with multiple assignments.
Employee A has three assignments. The second assignment has ended, and the requirement is to generate an ROE for second assignment only.
1, The employee's last day worked in the position was October 18th, 2022 (pay period ending date October 21, 2022)
2, However, payroll found out about the terminated assignment in the pay period (July 15 - 28, 2023)
3, Calculation card was added as of July 28, 2023 with Override Last Day for Which paid Oct-18-2022
