    Security experts - Hopefully I have an interesting question for you.

    We have enabled both SSO and the normal user id and password on our login page for Oracle.

    The user id and password is meant only for new hires for the first time they log in. For all other folks we want to be able to reset their password. The need for us is to initially perform a mass cleanup for all users by doing a reset of all passwords but where they are not notified what the new password is.

    Can you please share your thoughts on how I can go about getting this change done?
