How to deploy VB changes in PROD?

Summary:

We have deployed the VB changes in Learner landing page in TEST and its working as expected. However not sure how to deploy the same in PROD?

I had reviewed the concurrent deployment of extension and build a parallel path for PROD and ran the build job.https://blogs.oracle.com/vbcs/post/saas-extension-deploy

This has deployed the changes in PROD as well. However not sure if this the right approach to deploy in PROD.
