Multiple line items for a particular privilege in ALL Roles report(especially in your custom role)

Why do we see multiple line items for a particular privilege in ALL Roles report(especially in custom role) for the application stripe, when the privilege is only assigned at the top level and we only see it appearing once when searched from front end?

Why do we see only one instance of same privilege in seeded role but multiple in custom role.
