cannot access my instances

Hello.

Yesterday my instance (always free) has been randomly randomly disabled.

I recreated it with the same boot volume intending to backup everything. Now i get the error "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help."

My tenant id is ocid1.tenancy.oc1..aaaaaaaaqnj2odbsax7a75cpp2by3bgdmuqi5hlk6g6mtjwx6wtckje3mroq

Is it possible to get my instance back (or at least get the "boot volume backup" i made when i still had access)?.

Would be a lot of help. Thanks
