LOV inside Mass Assignment Change

Hello everyone,
We are configuring and customizing the part of the CORE HR related to Mass Assignment Change.
In particular, we noticed that the fields to be filled in present in step 3 of the upload referring to the assignment appear to have empty LOVs in the preview or we need to carry out an "Advanced Search" and write the value to insert for that field.
Since they are Value List fields, it would be possible to display the drop-down menu with the selectable items like all the other value list fields in the system.
