A Global Buyer is not able to see all the requisitions assigned to him from different Business Units

Summary:

We have a scenario where a Buyer is given access to multiple BUs and there are many requisitions lines assigned to a buyer which are approved and staying in Process requisition Area. When this Buyer clicks on Requisition lines requiring attention hyperlink from Buyer dashboard, there are no requisitions lines, buyer can see as the assigned requisitions lines are of different BUs and the Buyer is in another BU in process requisitions area.
