REST or Web Service to get security privileges from Oracle Fusion Cloud

Is there any REST or Web Service available to get security privileges from Oracle Fusion Cloud? We have looked into the documentation but only the rest service related to the security role appears to be available. We are aware that we can fetch the privileges information from the tables, however, we are looking for rest service which can provide the details.
