How to identify if requisition is cancelled against a cancelled PO

Summary: We run reports based on the Req statuses. After PO cancellation, Req status stays as approved. If this Req line status stays approved, what field from backend we could use to identify between a cancelled and approved Req? Or, which field will help us identify that this Req is not reusable?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have Cancel Unfulfilled Demand is set to Always. So when PO is getting cancelled, we want the Req also to be cancelled. But as it is not happening, it is getting difficult for us to reconcile the trx.
