A way to remove system auto approval banner in the personal detail page.
Summary:
When someone submits a change in the demographic region (e.g. religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation etc) in the personal detail page, employees will see a yellow banner ‘we are submitting your changes for approval’. We have not configured an approval for these types of transactions. There are only two transactions that require an approval i.e. legal name and ****. We do not want to remove the approval for **** and name changes.
Please see enclosed screen shot - is there any way to stop the approval banner where transaction do not need an approval?
Having this approval is confusing for our users or they may feel less trusting to submit these types of transaction as they may perceive someone needs to approve, meaning they can see their personal data.
