Bulk Upload of Overhead Charges

Hi All,

We have a requirement to bulk upload the overhead charges in Costing based on items. Is there an FBDI or CSV Import for the same. Or can it be only done through REST API. Also has anyone also tried the option to bulk upload revision and wanted to know how does that work?
