Where to find historical data in BICC PVO's

Need to pull historical person info from PVO's in BICC

Our business has set up an integration between our Data Lake and HCM. It is using BICC for this, and wanting to grab demographic information regarding our employees. They are currently using the GLOBAL_PERSON_PVO as it's source of data. This PVO though does not seem to yield any historical data for people. It's only giving us the data as of now.

I am completely new to everything in regards to BICC. Is there a better PVO to use in order to grab data from the past? Or is there a special effective date filter to use in the query?
