Report sometimes doesn't load unless you hit "Actions"->"Open"

Hey all,


We seem to be having problems in Narrative Reporting. Users are clicking on reports in the library and the white screen pops open and "spins" as if it is loading. However the POV does not appear on the screen, and the report fails to load even 40+ minutes later.

We discovered that when this happens, if the user would hit the "..." in under actions and click "Open" (instead of clicking the name of the report), then the POV loads immediately and then the report loads soon after.


Why would a report fail to open by clicking on the name, and force users to click on the "Open" option?
