Need help on OIC - MUDAD, GOSI

Hello all,

we have a requirement on OIC, integration between oracle fusion and MUDAD, GOSI(Saudi government portal)).I want to create or terminate employee in GOSI and I want to upload a file in MUDAD portal. This should be happen through oracle fusion. I tried looking MUDAD and GOSI api's, I don't see any of the documents or api related this. If anybody gone through this, please let me know.
