23D functionality Hide Recommendations for Completed Learning is not working
Summary:
Learning recommendation which was coming in the Browse tab in the Recommendation title under the "Popular with others in your job", continues to come even after the employee completes the learning.

As per 23D release doc, recommendations that a learner has received will now automatically be removed when s/he completes the recommended learning. But, even after the learner completes the learning, it is still coming in the Recommendation tab under "Popular with others in your job" section
