Summary:

Print Transcript functionality is not working after 23D patch. Earlier the learners were able to download the completion transcript by navigating to Me>>Learning>>Completed Learning>>Search for a completed course and click on it. From the Course page, they can go to Actions>>Print Certificate to download the completion Certificate. But after the 23D patch application, the screen is coming blank which opens once you click on the Print Certificate option. On the other hand, "Print Transcript" - the expected 23D functionality is not working, which is supposed to be fixed in 24A or through CWB in 23D.
